Do you offer in-person visits?
No, all appointments are secure telehealth only.

What ages do you treat?
We provide care for patients 12 years old and up.
What services do you provide?
Psychiatric evaluations, ADHD evaluations, medication management, and therapy (CBT and Motivational Interviewing).
What conditions do you treat?
We provide care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, panic disorder, and stress.
Do you prescribe medications?
Yes. Prescribing controlled substances is discretionary and based on clinical judgment, state law, and patient needs. We also provide non-stimulant options for ADHD treatment.
Do you offer ADHD treatment without stimulants?
Yes. We provide non-stimulant treatment options for ADHD that can be effective and safe alternatives, based on your individual needs.
How long is an appointment?
Evaluations: ~60 minutes. Follow-ups: 20–30 minutes. Therapy: 45–50 minutes.
What are your self-pay rates?
Evaluations: $325–$345. Follow-ups: $150–$175. Insurance copays vary.
What insurance do you accept?
Aetna, BCBS, Carelon, Cigna (Evernorth), Oscar/Optum, Oxford/Optum, Quest, Regence, and UnitedHealthcare (Optum).

What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees.
Do you provide emergency services?
No. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
